JOB OPPORTUNITY
Boxgirls South Africa is looking for female peer educators to grow our girls’ club programmes in primary schools in Khayelitsha.
Peer educators will lead a class of grade 5 girls on a life skills and math curriculum afterschool for 2 school terms. Peer educators need to be available 4 days a week 12 – 18h and Saturday mornings. Computer and other training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
- Under 25 years old
- Living in Khayelitsha Makhaza/Kuyasa/Harare/Site B/Site C
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- English and IsiXhosa speaking
- Committed to girls rights
- Experience as a tutor or peer educator a plus
- Available January to December 2016, apply now
